Ceremony
We produce ceremonies for top domestic and international leagues and professional sports organizations, including annual award ceremonies such as Player of the Year, opening events, commemorative ceremonies, press conferences, and other high-profile occasions that combine prestige with entertainment value.
We go beyond simply managing ceremonies. Our focus is on creating memorable experiences that maximize the value of award recipients, speakers, participants, and viewers. We provide end-to-end support, from concept development, stage direction, video production, sound and lighting design, program management, casting, and live streaming. With media exposure and social media amplification in mind, we design ceremonies that enhance the value of both the sport and the brand. Drawing on our expertise in sports entertainment, we create ceremonies that leave a lasting impression.
Sports
Marketing
We plan and produce activations for professional sports organizations, top domestic and international leagues, and sponsor companies.
Our work supports a wide range of initiatives, including ceremonies, fan events, sponsor activations, VIP hospitality, season-opening events, and PR activities, with the aim of improving fan engagement, increasing sponsor value, and strengthening league brands. To maximize the excitement and emotional connection that sports can generate, we provide integrated production not only for events, but also for communication strategy and creative development. We visualize the appeal of each sport and league, creating meaningful experiences that engage fans, sponsors, and the media.
Branding
Activation
We plan and produce activations that transform a brand’s identity and values into real-world experiences.
From new product launches, pop-up events in Japan and major European cities, and media events to casting, influencer campaigns, social media initiatives, sampling programs, and in-store activations, we design experiences that connect brands with their audience. Rather than simply creating events, we create brand experiences that spark conversation and build meaningful connection. We provide end-to-end support across video production, design, casting, and spatial experience design. When needed, we also collaborate with PR partners to develop integrated communication strategies that include media exposure and message amplification.
Corporate
Events
We produce corporate events such as employee general meetings, award ceremonies, and anniversary events, with a focus on internal branding.
We propose experience-driven solutions to organizational challenges, including communicating management policies, embodying mid-term business plans, improving employee engagement, fostering a culture of recognition, and encouraging communication across departments. From concept development and award program design to stage direction, video production, casting, live streaming, and operations, we provide seamless end-to-end support. Rather than simply delivering executive messages, we design experiences that move employees emotionally, strengthen organizational unity, and inspire action. We create activations that go beyond one-off events and contribute to company culture and long-term organizational vitality.
Festival
We produce large-scale experiential events that bring the energy of brands and communities to life while creating meaningful connections between people.
For brand fans and member communities owned by companies, we integrate live content, hands-on activities, food and beverage, exhibitions, stage programs, and other elements to design spaces that encourage interaction and co-creation. We place importance not only on holding events, but also on strengthening community engagement and deepening relationships among participants. By turning the value of a brand or community into a tangible experience, we create activations that lead to continued engagement. We can also handle the safety management, visitor flow planning, and operational design required for large-scale events.
Creative
Production
We provide integrated planning and production for all creative assets required for activations.
Our capabilities include key visuals, logos, motion graphics, opening videos, commercials, social media videos, live-streaming direction, websites, landing pages, and other creative elements that shape the brand experience. Rather than treating each activation as a standalone project, we design a unified story across pre-event promotion, on-site experience, and post-event communication. By connecting real and digital touchpoints, we create communications that remain in participants’ memories and spread to wider audiences.
What we create are moments that inspire people to take action.
Moments that spark emotion.
Experiences that bring people together.
Reasons to connect with brands.
Events, sports marketing, and creative.
By combining the expertise we have built across these fields, we create activations that inspire action among people, organizations, and brands.
What matters to us is that the experience does not end with the event itself.
The experience stays in someone’s memory, adds value to a brand, fuels the energy of an organization, and eventually spreads throughout society.
CROSS-ZERO creates activations that leave a lasting impact.
Phase(1)
We begin by carefully listening to the client’s challenges and objectives. Rather than starting with the event itself, we first clarify what the client wants to achieve. We then define the goals to be pursued, such as increasing brand awareness, enhancing fan engagement, or improving employee engagement.
Phase(2)
Based on the discovery phase, we develop the concept and experience design. We design the overall activation, including not only the event plan, but also spatial experience design, creative development, and communication initiatives. We then propose the most effective plan to achieve the client’s objectives.
Phase(3)
Once the plan is confirmed, we move forward with all production-related tasks. This includes venue selection, spatial design, video production, graphic design, casting, and program development. Through regular meetings, we continue to refine every detail to ensure the highest quality.
Phase(4)
Ahead of the event, we conduct rehearsals to finalize the program flow and direction. On the event day, our producers and directors work closely with specialized staff to ensure safe, smooth, and seamless event execution.
Phase(5)
After the event, we conduct a review based on survey results, social media reactions, and various data shared by the client. We organize the results and identify key learnings, then provide proposals that can inform future initiatives. Going forward, we will also take on the challenge of developing new approaches that leverage AI and technology to measure impact, audience engagement, and the spread of UGC.
For each project, a producer oversees the entire process, driving planning, production, and operations. Led by a dedicated producer and director, we assemble the optimal team of external partners according to the scale and nature of each project, including designers, video producers, technical directors, streaming staff, construction teams, and operations teams.
By combining the speed and flexibility of a lean team with a trusted network of specialists across multiple disciplines, we deliver high-quality activations.
